BLS Drilling Fluids operates from Port Harcourt and Warri, having its head offices in Lagos. Its foreign affiliate, International Chemicals Distribution Limited of Geneva, has extensive knowledge in purchasing, finance and logistics and has associated with the Nigerian Petroleum Industry for over 20 years.

GENERAL T.Y. DANJUMA
(RTD) GCON

A successful entrepreneur and a well respected elder statesman. He retired as Chief of Army Staff in the Nigerian Army in October 1979 after a successful/distinguished professional military career and service at the highest level in the country’s governance. He operates a strong, well-diversified and integrated portfolio of business interests that cut across various sectors such as Oil & Gas, shipping, travelling, energy, banking etc. He served as chairman of several companies such as Aker Nigeria Limited, Union Dicon Salt, Nigerian American Lines, United Trust Bank Nigeria Limited, Danelec Nigeria Limited. Currently he is on the Board of several other companies as Director.
The promoter provides strong support to management, including availing BLS group corporate support, through T. Y. Holdings Limited.

Chief Barr Musa Danjuma (Chairman)

He graduated from Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria in 1977 with a law degree and since then has been engaged in private business. In the last 28 years, he has been in executive management capacity in oil and gas, shipping and travelling business

Mr Dauda K. Danjuma (CEO/Director)

He is a Political Science graduate from Ahmadu Bello University, (ABU) Zaria, with over 28 years post qualification experience in oil and gas, and in the banking sector. He has attended various courses including, Advance Management Programme (AMP) of Lagos Business School in 1995 and IESE Barcelona, Spain in the same year.

COL. Miri-Dashe Ojo (Director)

He attended Nigeria Defence Academy in 1975 in Kaduna, and the prestigious Command Staff College, Jaji Nigeria in 1992. During the course of his military career he attended various courses both locally and overseas – India, Pakistan and United Kingdom. After his retirement as a Colonel in 1995, he attended the Advance Management Programme (AMP) of Lagos Business School and IESE Barcelona in 1998.
